
League of Freight Forwarders Conducts Free Customer Service Training
Dubai, UAE---The League of Freight Forwarders, a sub-committee of the Philippine Business Council (PBC) Dubai and Northern Emirates, organized a complimentary customer service training session for selected staff members from its member cargo companies in Dubai, August 16, 2025.
This initiative aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals in the logistics industry.

The training session was led by esteemed resource speaker Ms. Michelle Tatel. She shared her expertise and provided valuable insights on delivering exceptional customer service.
A training participant, Jane Tan Visitacion of SBC Express shared valuable learnings from the session.
“I have learned from the training is the quadrant method. Now I know which things need to be rush, schedule and delete. I'm also gratefull for the additional knowledge on handling customers' issues and concerns, how to respond to irate/angry customers using the power of positive language, and listening with empathy about their struggles and and concerns.”
The League of Freight Forwarders was able to collaborate with PBC to make this training possible, further underscoring the council's commitment to supporting the growth and development of its members.

This event highlights the League's mission to foster collaboration and promote excellence in service among freight forwarders servicing the Filipino community in the UAE.
