"The Likha Global competition is more than just a contest; it is a foundational step in our commitment to sustainable reintegration. We want every OFW to know that when they decide to come home for good, they are not just returning to their families, but to a thriving business venture that ensures their long-term economic security," Cacdac stated. "These winners are a testament to the talent and determination of our modern-day heroes, and the DMW will continue to champion programs that empower them to become successful entrepreneurs in the Philippines."

The competition also celebrated two other exceptional OFWs for their innovative proposals:

First Runner-Up: Catherine Espiriti, a domestic helper from Kuwait and a native of Tarlac, won PHP 500,000 for her goat raising business plan.
