
Filipino designers showcase their collections in Paris Fashion Week 2026
PARIS, France — It was extraordinary time of fashion, elegance, artistry and international glamour as international designers from Philippines, Japan and US came together at the Paris Fashion Week 2026 for spectacular runway presentation.
Model/designer Marjorrie Renner and founder of Renner House of Fashion showcased her 20 piece collection, “Eclat Noir” at the La Companie 1837 last Oct 3, 2026. The collection has a strong black and gold identity-dramatic, regal sensual and couture focused with a mix of structural silhouettes, sheer detailing and intricate embellishment.
There were 20 models including beauty title holders like Miss Universe Cuba 2026 – Lorena Suarez Lara, Miss Universe Estonia 2026 – Emili Denneng, Miss Universe Estonia 2024 – Valeria Vasilieva, Miss Cuba International – Rachel Ang, Miss Diet Coke and Miss Young Rustan’s VIP – Mitzi Cabahug and Queen Woman of the World Supermom Int’l 2025 – Mary Fernandez Goeller.
For Marjorie Renner who used to live in Paris, her collection is really made for the city of love, “I’m back again in Paris and this time I’m bringing like luxury with my gold and black collection with all the shimmers and basically we are producers with MGI and Global Crown.”
Model Jedd Tan was all praises with the collection and took pride of the other Filipino designers in the show, “The collection, it’s very elegant, wearable. It’s full of different creations from different designers. I’m very proud that we have Filipino designers who really excell in their creation.”
Another model Mitzi was excited to share the runway with her daughter, “It’s amazing and I’m so proud of her. It’s a great experience, I’ve been modelling in the Phils. so it’s an amazing experience to be in Paris.”
Consul Oliver Delfin of the Philippine Embassy in France was amazed to see the worldclass collection of the Filipino designers, “It’s heartwarming to see a lot of Filipino designers and models in the show tonight. In behalf of the Embassy of the Philippines in France I would like to congratulate them for a successful show in Paris Fashion week 2026”.
Other Filipino designers included Emily Sy, Lili Weidenfeller, Edwin Uy, Jean Amour, Elixir Luxe and Caira by Shima Shyna. Directed by Buboi Asuncion.
